We activate the line and ship the gateway
Each line is provisioned on our carrier account with the plan your equipment needs. The gateway arrives configured. Plug it in and it attaches.
It shows up in nexus under your organization
Every line reports its state, serving cell, radio type, and usage. Your team signs in with their own token and sees only your lines.
We work faults with the carrier directly
Because the lines are on our account, we can suspend, restore, re-provision, and open carrier tickets ourselves, with the network-side evidence already in hand.
The platform: nexus
Built directly on the carrier's connectivity-management APIs. Below, the live dashboard with customer identifiers masked.
- Line state that means something. Up, down, ready for install, or never set up, so a bench unit is never mistaken for an outage.
- Outage detection by serving cell. Several lines dropping on one cell is a network event, and it is flagged as one.
- Usage per line per day. Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, and a QUIET flag when a normally busy site stops moving data, the earliest sign something is wrong.
- Provisioning faults caught from the network side. A line stuck on a private address, a frozen data session, a record the carrier lost. Things a portal never shows.
- Your organization, your tokens. Each user gets one token for the dashboard and the API. Your data stays yours.
- Network location and radio. Where the carrier sees the gateway, 5G or LTE, and which cell serves it.
